VACANCY OF FULL STACK SOFTWARE DEVELOPER Job Summary:

Somtel International LTD at Somalia is looking for an experienced full stack Software developer at Somtel Puntland Bosaso.

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full stack developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

Full stack developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Position (1):

Full stack Software developer

Duty Station:

Bosaso, Main Office, with frequently travel to other locations

Reports Directly:

Head of development

Specific Role and Responsibilities:

1. Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.

2. Create Web Apps, Web API’s Mobile apps, Services.

3. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.

4. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.

5. Create and maintain software documentation.

6. Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling of our projects.

7. Co-Work with software development team to produce efficient systems.

8. Research and identify solutions to software issue.

9. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.

10. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

11. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience in web/app development.

2. Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern programming languages.

3. Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

4. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber, Nodes.

5. Familiarity with the following programming languages: Python, Java, PHP,

.Net (C#).

1. Familiarity with database technology such as SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and Mongo DB.

2. Deep knowledge of .NET Technologies.

3. Experience in software Source Control.

4. A solid understanding of how web applications work including security,

7. Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.

16. BS in computer science or a related field.

17. 3 years of experience Software Developer, Software Engineer.
