The Somaliland National Tender Board is Somaliland goverment's public procurement and asset disposal regulatory body in charge of procurement financed from the national budget Established under the Public Procurement Act 82 of 2018, is commited to improving transparency and efficiently in public procurement in Somaliland.The National Tender Board is appointed by the president of Somaliland and Comprises of Chairman and 8 Board members supported by the Director General who is appionted by the president and several other departments. The National Tender Board is committed to creating a robust, flexible and responsive public procurement system that will be aligned with and supporting the NTB vision,mission and strategic objectivies and ensure achievement of Value for Money
