The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) works in Somalia to address urgent food and nutrition needs, including a major scale-up amid the current drought to avert famine. WFP also works to strengthen institutions, food systems and livelihoods for longer-term, sustainable food and nutrition security. WFP is expanding its assistance in Somalia and currently recruiting for various positions. These positions are open to qualified Somali candidates.
