We are looking for outstanding professional with passion, dedication and commitment to excellence and innovation who are interested in contributing to business development whilst supplementing their income in the post of “Sales & Marketing Manager”.

Job description:

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train sales qualification process
Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership
Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
Coach your salespeople to use the process and achieve the vision
Monitor the achievement of sales targets
Provide feedback and rewards
Implement performance plans according to company procedure
Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports
Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives

Required Education, Qualifications and Experience:

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree; business, economics, or marketing major preferred

Experience Requirements

5+ year in a sales representative role; within industry preferred
2+ years or more of prior management experience; prior management consulting experience is a plus
You have strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skill
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting - you know Excel forward and back
Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
